What material are your products made of?
All of the butterflies, dragonflies, flowers, bees and ladybugs are made of the same type of nylon fabric as pantyhose, stretched on a flexible wire frame.

How can I attach them to the wall?
Staple the flexible wire legs to the wall with a staple gun, or use heavy duty tape to tape the legs to the wall. Please refer to our "How To" section for detailed information.

Can I hang them?
Yes. XL and LG sized of sequined butterflies and double-sided hanging flowers come with a string already attached to them. We provide fishing line for you to hang for all of the other sizes. Instructions for stringing are also included. Please refer to our "How To" section for detailed information.

How soon will the product ship?
Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days of placing your order.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Who do you ship with?
Within the continental United States, we ship via U.P.S. unless you specify otherwise. For locations outside the contiguous 48 states, we ship via the U.S. Postal Service.

Can I return the merchandise if I can't use it?
Yes. Merchandise must be returned undamaged and in its original poly bag. We will refund your credit card, minus the shipping charges. Please refer to our "Shipping & Return Policy" section.
