Heart to Heart Gifts accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards. We also accept Pay Pal, Money Order and Personal checks. We process your credit card in real time across a secure connection. We DO NOT store your credit card details to protect the security of your information. ButterflyCraze.com is owned and run by Heart to Heart Gifts Incorporated, and this company name will appear on your credit card statement.
LEAD TIME
For all orders received before 2:00pm PST (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) we guarantee it will ship the same day. If you place an order after the deadline, and still want it to be shipped the same day, please call us and we will try our best to accommodate you.
SHIPPING METHODS
All products are shipped FOB Oceanside, California via UPS Ground Service. Once the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a UPS tracking number.
We also offer express shipment via UPS for delivery on the Continental United States.
For international shipments, you have a choice of the following: DHL Service, 3 business day delivery guaranteed (we highly recommend DHL—they are reliable, dependable and you can easily track your shipment); or shipping via United States Postal Service, 2-3 weeks for delivery (packages can take longer than 3 weeks and are not guaranteed, tracking info is not useful). If you prefer a different carrier, please call and make special arrangements with our Customer Service Department.
DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
- Ground Service Shipment in the Continental United States is $8.50 (1-5 business days for delivery)
- Priority Mail Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Saipan, and Guam is $14.95 (3 business days for delivery)
- International shipments are $29.95 via DHL (3 business days, guaranteed)
- Express Shipment is $19.95 for 3rd Day Air, $25.45 for 2nd Day Air , $38.75 for Next Day Air, and $44.75 for Saturday delivery
- Standard Ground shipment is waived on orders of $100 and more (before tax)

SALES TAX
California Residents must pay 7.75% State Sales Tax.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may receive a full refund, minus shipping and handling. No questions asked! To obtain your refund, email us at customerservice@butterflycraze.com or call toll free at 877-587-6974 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly labeled on the return shipment. You must contact our office within 3 days of receiving your shipment. All items must be returned in their original condition. Be aware that items which are not sealed in the original poly bags are non-returnable. If an RMA number was not obtained and it is not clearly visible on the box, your returned shipment will be rejected.
