If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return within 30 days of shipment. Please contact customerservice@butterflycraze.com or call our toll free number at 877-587-6974 to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

Be sure to label the RMA number visibly on the outside of your package so that we may process your refund promptly. It usually takes one to two business days for us to process your refund (minus shipping). The refund will usually show up on your credit card statement within three business days after that.

For exchanges, the process is the same, call of e-mail to get an RMA number as above.
