If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may receive
a full refund, minus shipping and handling. No questions asked!
To obtain your refund, email us at customerservice@butterflycraze.com
or call toll free at 877-587-6974 to get a Return Merchandise
Authorization number (RMA). Be sure to label the RMA number on
your box visibly so that we can process your refund promptly.
It usually takes one to two business days for us to process your
refund. The refund will usually show up on your credit card statement
within three business days after that.
If you need an exchange, you will also obtain a RMA number indicated
above and let us know what items you’d like to have instead.
Depend on your timeline, we can either speed up the process by
sending you the exchanged items, charge you for the amount, and
refund your returned items once we receive them. Or, we can wait
till we receive your return items and apply the credit to your
new items.
