International Shipping: If you live outside the United States and would like to place an order we would be happy to assist you. Please follow these steps:

1) Write down the items, quantities and ship to country.

2) send your order to customerservice@butterflycraze.com or by telephone at 760-966-7000 or by fax at 760-966-0440. Be sure to include your e-mail address with your order.

3) We will e-mail you the shipping charges* and your order total** within the same day.

4) You can proceed with the order by using PayPal or call/e-mail us your credit card information

We will ship your order within 24 hours (weekends and holidays not included) after payment confirmed and send you order confirmation and tracking info via e-mail.

Shipping charges*: We will send you two sets of shipping charge, one by DHL, one by U.S. Postal Service. Delivery time by DHL is normally three business days, and two weeks by U.S. Postal Service.

Order total**: Order total includes merchandise and shipping charges. Customs duty and tax are not included.
