We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Please send your return in the original packaging.

Please maintain a record of the return package tracking number. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Making an Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unwashed, unworn, or unused. Please specify the item, color, and size with a note. Any price differences will be charged or credited. You will need to pay shipping fees for the items you returned and the items we send out.
If you are exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of Heart to Heart, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.
